Auto Insurance
- We accept personal injury protection (PIP) for patients injured during Motor Vehicle Collisions (MVC). We accept all USA based auto/truck/motorcycle insurances. When scheduling a new patient visit we may require that you obtain your PIP balance through your auto insurance adjustor prior to being seen. Any balances not covered by motor vehicle insurance or potential settlement proceeds are the patient’s personal responsibility.
Personal Health Insurance
- We accept select PacificSource Commercial Plans (Voyager and Billings Clinic plans only). We do not currently accept PacificSource Medicare or Pacific Source OHP.
- We are currently evaluating new insurance partnerships and will consider additional insurers for 2025/2026.
- We do not accept Worker’s Compensation, VA, Oregon Health Plan (OHP), or Medicare plans at this time.
Direct Pay
- Patients may choose to direct pay via credit/debit card. Payment is due at the time of each visit. We charge all patients based on our standard fee schedule, but a time of service discount can be applied for direct pay patients. We do not offer payment plans at this time.
- Some commercial health insurance plans have “out of network” benefits. We require the patient to pay in full up front and submit to their insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Please contact your insurance carrier prior to being seen to discuss if you are eligible to submit for reimbursement. Please note, coverage and reimbursement amounts may vary by insurance and there is no guarantee of full expense coverage.
- HSA/FSA funds may also be used for most of the products and services that we provide.
