- We use text (SMS) for patient communication including simple messages and appointment reminders only. Medical questions and discussions should be done over the phone or through our electronic medical record patient portal
- We use text (SMS) to communicate with vendors (not specifically related to patients) such as ordering medical supplies or to discuss customer service requests
- We use phone numbers to call patients regarding their care
Protection of information
- We never sell or share your phone number, email, or personal information to other companies for marketing or sales purposes
- We may share your demographic and contact information with other healthcare providers, healthcare companies, and your insurance company (as required) when we refer you for additional care

- All patients may opt out of 1) SMS texting 2) emails 3) the use of the electronic medical record portal, this can be done by replying stop to text messages, or by calling our office
